Think outside the box

Honouring the Human Rights Day which was yesterday and the uniqueness of every human being. The world is moving forward because of individuals who ask questions and are not afraid to stand against the socially accepted habits. I am not against the rules that make the whole living together part easier and fair. What gets me is when people are put in a box, not allowed to discover who they truly are. And if by any chance they manage to find their passion, which most of the times will be in conflict with the established order, they are immediately ridiculed and banished. The human programming of “being normal” is so well-developed that it manages to keep itself running smoothly without the need of an outside interference. Conserve the bigger part of the populace in a state of delusion and it will manage to bring down every critical thinker who dares to break the silence and disturb the sleeping state of all.

No wonder so many feel depressed. These are the people who feel there is something wrong in the way the system works. They feel trapped and want to find the true meaning of life. Existing in the matrix since we are born doesn’t facilitate the whole process. We lose our intuition and the connection to who we really are and why we are here. Since childhood on we are put in the “molding machine” called school. Brainwashed teachers using books written by other brainwashed members of the society introduce us to the fake world we are going to live in. We study because we are forced to, no because we like it.

Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up.

-Pablo Picasso-

Most of the subjects are ridiculous and boring, and far from being able to prepare us to be individuals and not sheep. Later on comes university. A place good to visit only if you are sure it will help you and your future realization. Otherwise it is a waste if time and money which can be redirected more successfully towards travelling, living and working whenever your heart takes you. Self-experience is the best teacher one can ask for. No need to rely on other people’s beliefs as their purpose in life is always completely different from yours.

As one of these searching souls I wanted to find my passion, the state of being where I will be fulfilled. I know our roads are different but I also know that the most significant similarity between all of us is that we have emotions and consciousness. We have to learn that to criticise and judge only belittles us. It is not constructive. It is not humane. Every one is unique and that is the most beautiful feature of this planet. If you are not hurting anybody, you should be free to be yourself. Dress the way you like, eat the way you like, marry whenever and whoever you like, have or not have children, quit the job you hate. Nobody has the right to tell you how to live YOUR life. The law of nature should be the only guide to follow when making our choices. When you are aware of karma and how it works, you understand that you can actually create the world you want to live in. Cause and effect!

I want to live in a world of freedom, of love, of positivism. I want to live in a more spiritual environment, where creativity, compassion and uniqueness shape the reality. This is why I started this blog, although I was never huge in writing. Another mutilation caused by the education system. Having to prepare literature analysis of archaic works that never interested my 13-year-old-self. Who knows, may be this is how I was forced to reject the nonsense, change my perspective and focus on the really important aspects of being here. Life works in mysterious ways.

The most important thing in science is not so much to obtain new facts as to discover new ways of thinking about them.
