Vegan does not mean healthy

I am already getting frustrated by the obviously wrong message that vegan food stands for healthy food. I personally tried the famous Starch Solution diet of Dr. McDougall and cannot say anything good about it. Although cutting out animal products is a step in the right direction it is not in any way the diet you can thrive on. Too much starch, too many complex carbs that are creating mucus in the body and clogging up your digestive system with a layer of glue-like substances. Plus the pancreas is overworking constantly trying to transform these complex carbs into simple sugars which the body and brain actually use for energy. And if you have weak adrenals (which is the case of almost everybody in this world) you are not going to metabolize these sugars and create a perfect terrain for candida overgrowth. This is how you enter the catch-22 situation of never-ending cravings for pizza, pasta and bread caused by the candida controlling your food desires. Not a good state of mind and escaping it is quite challenging. It takes a strong will-power to overcome it by going raw and sticking to it while still experiencing cravings from the damage you have done in the past.

One year for me was enough to see the flaws of the cooked vegan mania that is so popular these days. Just because something is labeled “VEGAN” doesn’t make it a healthy food choice. It still has fats, it still is cooked, it still is processed. YouTube vegan promoters are ingesting incredible amount of vegan cupcakes and donuts, chips, meat and cheese substitutes like tofu and seitan trying to present them as the better choice. Let’s not forget that almost every store-bought vegan food has soy in it. It is just so ridiculous to even think that you are following a wholesome diet just because you are eating vegan dishes and products. You are saving the animals but killing yourselves. Whats is the point?

The effects I experienced from the cooked vegan insanity was candida overgrowth and as a result of the acidity new moles popped up on my skin. Not pretty and far from healthy. I started asking myself is this really the optimal solution and the answer was of course – “No”. I kept searching for the truth as I felt deep inside this is not how God created our world, it is a state that we as species reached due to false beliefs and repetitive lies from people who are sick and controlling the knowledge that we receive – in school, in society and at home. The programming is unceasing and it is scary obvious how easily manipulated we are. The real heroes are those who try to open our eyes and share their experience and success. I am so grateful I keep finding such beautiful souls like Dr. Morse (a true Angel sent from above), Dan McDonald (the first raw foodist I came upon and a true inspiration to embark on this journey), FullyRawKristina, TANNYRAW (such an sweet person; healed herself from all kinds of auto-immune disorders and dropped a 100 pounds along the way, BAM 😃) and last but not least my new “find” – John Rose (the mentor who thought Kristina everything she knows). I mean this guy is so inspiring and may I say an example of what a human being can look like after 26 years of raw foods. He is 62 and looks phenomenal. He is showing how our quality of life can increase with age, and not the opposite. I do not want to forget to mention the countless teachers I learn from who live in Russia and Bulgaria. It is good knowing many languages because you can compare information and thus not allow to be blinded by only one opinion. Plus it is always good to be suspicious until you have enough proof to accept an idea as your truth.

True education is to learn how to think, not what to think. If you know how to think, if you really have the capacity, then you are a free human being – free of dogmas, superstitions, ceremonies. Truth is a pathless land.

Do not get me wrong, I am not supporting eating animals in any way, shape or form. I love every creature and will never harm a living being. I truly believe all people should strive for the best they can be and this can be done only by eliminating the cooking from our lives. It was a wrong decision back then and may be this is why the human race is not evolving in the right direction. What rules us now is materialism, corrupt politicians, medicine, pharmacy and food industries that work together to keep us sick, tired and in constant need of their products, brainwashing media, enslaving education and social systems. I mean everything is just so wrong. But people are kept sedated by drugs, alcohol, crappy foods and molded into easily controlled mass of laborers. Work, eat and sleep. This is how our lives are passing by. Paying bills, credits for big houses, cars and stuff that we do not need and an occasional vacation that brightens our boring lives.

I agree with John and every word he says. Cooked food is the first mistake which led to all other mistakes like eating meat, grains, beans. I am always trying to stay aware and look around to what is happening in the world. What I see is not pretty. Just last week my mom was at the funeral of a 10-year-old student from her class (she is a teacher). A kid in the beginning of its life – diagnosed with brain tumor. The scary part is this is not a single case; it is an epidemic nowadays. People are giving birth being sick themselves. The kids do not have a chance with such genes and the food they are given from early age on. I have seen one-year-olds eating salami and sausages. No comment on this one.

As John says, it is good to think about the animals, but what about thinking about the humans as well. Start educating yourselves, look for the hidden truth, be smart not to follow the herd. We collectively should make the change and give the future generations a chance for a better life. It is so simple. But first we have to escape from the matrix. Raw is the way to go… and even more correct Food Should be FRUIT!

Truth cannot be brought down; rather, the individual must make the effort to ascend to it. You cannot bring the mountaintop to the valley. If you would attain to the mountaintop, you must pass through the valley, climb the steeps, unafraid of the dangerous precipices.
