Ok, in order to enjoy and follow a raw food diet you have to experiment with the fruits and veggies. I remember in the beginning I was afraid of the plant world and was thinking this way of eating is boring. What did I know… it turned out to be more exciting to prepare raw vegan meals because the variety of produce you can choose from is epic. Every season Nature offers us its fruits and we can use them in our creations. I was inspired for this recipe by TANNYRAW and went for a combo of sweet, salty, savory and fatty dressing. It turned out beyond delicious.
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 small red pepper
- 1/2 of a small red onion
- 1 celery stick
- 1/2 to 1 avocado
Blend all ingredients to a creamy consistency. Pour over your greens and veggies.
